Ordering

At Sorella Bloom we take great pride in producing our arrangements to the highest possible standard. 
All arrangements are individually handmade to order and therefore may differ slightly from those pictured on the website. Flowers and foliage may vary slightly from that shown depending on stock availability. However, stems used will always be of an equal quality or superior standard than the original shown.
Please allow 5-7 working days for designs to be made up. During very busy periods, such as Christmas time, Valentines & Mothers Day orders may take up to 12-15 working days to be dispatched. If you would like an idea of current dispatch times please drop us an email and we will be happy to advise of the current lead times. 
Please be aware that vase arrangements containing artificial water resin may sometimes take slightly longer to set depending on current weather conditions.

Delivery & Charges

UPS is our trusted carrier service. Delivery is available to mainland UK, Highlands, Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland. 
*Unfortunately we are unable to send goods internationally*
Delivery is usually within 48 hours from the date of dispatch. ( Please note make up times in ordering section above). 
The cost of delivery is £8.99 for most of our standard large vase arrangements. (This does not include extra large vase arrangements, extra large hand tied bouquets, extra heavy weight vases etc.) - Due to the greater size and/or weight these carry a higher delivery cost. The cost of postage and packaging will be displayed at the checkout stage.

All standard - large vase arrangements & hand tied bouquets are individually packaged in specially designed upright flower boxes, to ensure maximum protection in transportation. Therefore as they must be sent individually, unfortunately postage costs cannot be combined.

UPS Premium Delivery Cost Is Per Item. For Additional Items, Exact Postage Costs Will Be Calculated & Invoiced Via PayPal After Order Is Placed.
